This site carries no advertising. No advertisement appears on any page, no advertising script is loaded, and no advertising account or publisher identifier exists for this site. There is nothing to disclose because there is nothing there.

If advertising is ever introduced, these limits are already fixed and will not be traded away for revenue:

• Never between a page heading and the first calculator result. The tool is why the page exists.
• Never as an interstitial, overlay, pop-up, sticky bar, or anchored unit, and never auto-refreshing.
• Never a unit that shifts the page after it has drawn: the space is reserved before anything is requested, or nothing is shown at all.
• Never on the privacy policy, terms of use, cookie notice, or this page.
• Never on the homepage, and never more than two positions on any page.
• Nothing loads before an affirmative consent signal, from any visitor, anywhere.

Those rules are enforced in the site's own code rather than by convention: a change that broke one would fail the build.

Affiliate links

This site contains no affiliate links. No link on this site earns a commission, and this project holds no affiliate programme membership.

If that ever changes, the rules already fixed are:

• A disclosure appears in the body text above the first affiliate link on the page.
• Every affiliate link is marked as sponsored to browsers and crawlers alike.
• A product is only ever linked if the guide would recommend the same thing with no commission attached. A conclusion is never shaped by a programme.
• No comparison table, no "best of" ranking, and no product rating is published at all, because this project cannot substantiate the hands-on testing such content implies — which also removes the most lucrative affiliate format.
• Never on a legal page, and never above a calculator result.

Measurement is enabled on this build. What it collects and when it may load is described on the privacy policy.

Accuracy of results

These calculators use the formulas published on each tool page. Results are arithmetic based on the values you enter and assume the bitrate you supply is the average bitrate actually achieved. Real encodes, cards, and connections vary. Check important deliveries against your own equipment.
